Our Top Pick tonight is the latest pilot for a movie series, Buried in Barstow (Lifetime, 8 p.m.). This third Lifetime pilot of the season (following Highway to Heaven and Fallen Angels Murder Club) stars Angie Harmon plays an ex-assassin, who now has a daughter and runs a local diner. As all seems calm, part of her old life returns. Just when she thought she was out, they pull her back in!
Elsewhere, Dumbledore has Secrets, fast kitties have Dynasties, Naruto gets extracted, Amber Ruffin and Brooke Shields impractically Lie, the Mouse celebrates monarchy, Luffy fights Hordy, and the Classroom must finally make the difficult decision.

The show, about the relationship between gay lawyer (Eric McCormack) and straight interior designer (Debra Messing), loses steam after 5-ish seasons, but always managed to book the best guest stars and could still produce some top notch episodes even in its latter years. Supporting characters Karen (Megan Mullally) and Jack (Sean Hayes) are all over the spectrum of viewer tolerance.
