What's On Tonight (Sunday): You'll find he is a revolting man, if ever a fascist there was

Ridley Road

It's a girl's night out / Honey, there ain't no doubt! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, May 15!

Our Top Pick tonight is the British period miniseries Ridley Road (PBS, 9 p.m.). The inspired-by-real-events series — and based on a 2014 novel — follows the young, Jewish Vivien (Agnes O'Casey) who leaves home to chase a boy but soon dyes her hair blonde and joins an antifascist organization to infiltrate the growing Neo-Nazi movement in 1960s London, lead by Colin Jordan (Rory Kinnear). It is a nice looking period drama, but the writing and personal relationships are underwhelming.

Elsewhere, Hulu has some Conversations with FriendsBillboard and Fangoria give out awards, the Equalizer's daughter meets the team, CMT remembers Naomi Judd, Lucy Worsley Investigates British history, Stanley Tucci searches Umbria, and the time traveler and the Time Traveler's Wife cope with time travel.
