It's been a long 27 years since The Kids in the Hall aired its last episode.  Sure, there was a movie, and tours, and a miniseries, but nothing ever clicked like the original show.  So, I'm going to try and keep my expectations in check.  If they can capture just a bit of the original magic, I will be happy.

*Tom Hiddleston and Clare Danes team up for the gothic romance, A Sex Serpent The Essex Serpent.    I know there's an audience for gothic romance but not if Penny Dreadful or Crimson Peak are any indication.

*Disney+ has yet another take on Cinderella, but this time it's about an aspiring sneaker designer.  

*Netflix has a new series based on The Lincoln Lawyer by Michael Connelly that does not star Matthew McConaughy.  

*Netflix also has a comedy about a teenage cheerleader who lands in a coma for 20 years and then wants to be prom queen.  It stars Rebel Wilson.  Let the laughs begin.

*Peacock has a remake of Firestarter starring Zac Effron as the dad.  The only thing I will say about that is Effron was great in Neighbors.
