I was hoping to shop for shirts and something fancier to wear than my darkest jeans and comfortable airplane shoes but that seems impossible as I'm unlikely to get downtown today until it's too late and I'll be at the fancy steakhouse where I will likely order seafood. I'm on the Gulf of Mexico! Why would I want beef (okay, other than that)?
And success! My shirt impressed and I got pulpo in garlic sauce. That would be octopus with garlic and guajillo peppers. One of these days I'll convince myself to stop eating octopus but I feel like I'm trapped in the Popplers episode of Futurama. Tomorrow I shop. Supposedly.
