Today's Top Pick is Joe vs. Carole, Peacock's limited series that stars John Cameron Mitchell and Kate McKinnon as Joe Exotic and Carole Baskin. Is it unfair to assume that the costumes, hair and makeup will be providing most of the comedy, pathos and intrigue?

Let's see what else TV has to offer us for Thursday, March 3. All times are EST.
