While browsing for food stories, I couldn't pass up these pancakes, from a list of 50 pancake recipes.

Fifty different pancake recipes, surely not? This one is called a Dutch Baby - looks like a giant Yorkshire pudding, ie, it looks delicious.

Peanut-butter pikelets with jiffy-poached pears? I don't even know what half of that means, but it looks delicious.
Clearly, my sweet tooth is in over-drive right now.

Let's balance things out with something savoury - vegan pancakes with aquafaba, harissa, roasted leeks and smoked almonds. This one's a bit more work - definitely a proper meal rather than a quick breakfast.
