Occasional cooks: allergy-friendly Christmas food

Here is your weekly thread to talk anything and everything food.

Share what you're cooking this week, ask for tips or recipes for a dish, tell us about your meals out.

I chanced on this article with a selection of gluten-free Christmas recipes (it's got a very English Christmas feel, but honestly, you guys should try a pudding some time, so good).

I read with interest, as I have several celiacs in my family, although they're all off in Germany so we don't actually have to cater to them most Christmases.

But this did get me thinking about all the people missing out on Christmas favourites due to allergies or food intolerances. So here's a selection of alternatives.

Lots of low-FODMAP recipes (can't say I care for this site's food styling though).

More FODMAP recipes (the green beans with bacon look GOOD).

Some gluten-free sugar cookies.

And a collection of gluten-free cookie recipes.

100 egg-free Christmas baking recipes.

And some vegan Christmas desserts.

Do you have any food sensitivities; or have someone in your circle who you cook for with sensitivites? Any favourite recipes or resources?
