What's On Tonight (Wednesday): Another killer collection

V/H/S/94

Tell me who are you! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, October 6!

Tonight's Top Pick is one of the new horror offerings for this spooky time of year. V/H/S/94 (Shudder, 3 a.m.) is the fourth bloody found-footage anthology movie in the franchise that had two solid early ones before a really bad third. Like any anthology, not every short is a winner, even in the better movies, and each one is wrapped into a narrative that itself acts as a short film.

ElsewhereCrime Scene Investigations are back, Turner finds his way back to HoochDoogie buys expensive shoes, Riverdale, In the Dark, and Archer wrap another season, the Fauc gets documentary treatment, Vice profiles GameStop, Nora from Queens is stranded in New Mexico, and What If saves all the what ifs.

(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Zap2it. Most linear programs will be available on a streaming service the next day, if not earlier)
