The four-part, eight-hour work tackles the times and tribulations of New York City and its people from September 11 to today and how it has shaped the country. The first two episodes were focused on recent events while the final two episodes are focused on the September 11 attacks. He did an exceptional job in the third episode in spotlighting rescue and frontline efforts that haven't garnered much attention in the last 20 years. Tonight the show concludes on the 20th anniversary.
