What's On Tonight (Thursday): Care for a swim?

Our top pick today is the U.S. Olympic Trials, airing for four-and-a-half hours tonight on NBC Sports and then NBC. It's swimming events, from Omaha. One of these days I will bite the bullet and give Rachael Ray her due, but for now, let's take a dip.
