Occasional cooks: hoisin mince and noodles

These noodles look really tasty, and Adam Liaw's recipes are reliable. 

He's a Masterchef runner-up who has since had a good career, with some tv shows, and his recipes regularly in the paper. His recipes are always accessible - if it's something a little bit exotic (to my Anglo-Aussie background), it will still have ingredients that I recognise and have or know I can buy. 

Anyone have a favourite person to get recipes from?
