Happy Hump Day! Tonight's Top Pick is The CW's import Devils, which despite the name, has nothing to do with Halloween-like spooks. The 2011-set show takes place in the world of high finance where a group of traders, led by Alessandro Borghi, discover corruption in their investment bank, led by Patrick Dempsey, who may have even played a part in the death of Borghi's wife. Red flags were up as they uncovered ties to Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi. It's an above average show.

Elsewhere, Emma Roberts needs a date, the Otto family is back, Nova ponders about cooling the planet, Archer goes to Antarctica, the Conners celebrate Halloween, and Creepshow is back in animated form.

Total Dramarama (Cartoon Network, 7 p.m.): While trying to defend his elite gamer status Chef uses an old cheat code that brings a dangerous avatar to life.

Victor and Valentino (Cartoon Network, 7:30 p.m.): Vic makes a ghost friend but when she interferes with his shot at being part of the cool kids' Tlatchtli team, he must choose between the two.

Greg finishes ghost writing the final chapter of Lonnie's book, and Oliver is devastated to learn Cooper's family will be moving out of Westport.

Assisted Living (BET, 8:30 p.m.): Leah tries tracking Sandra's cell phone when she comes up missing.

⭐ Devils (The CW, 8 p.m.): Massimo's traders fall into a trap set up by Dominic, who intervenes to save the bank after Massimo tried to ruin it in scandal. Massimo is about to discover why Dominic denied him the promotion, which set off the events of the entire series, but Vicky's investigation is suddenly shut down.

Family Time (Bounce, 8 p.m.): Lisa brings home a stray, despite Tony's aversion to dogs. Meanwhile, Lisa's and Vivian's Soul Sisters Catering secure their biggest gig yet.

The Goldbergs (ABC, 8 p.m.): Beverly tries to find a new purpose in her life as she seeks political office as the city comptroller. Geoff and Erica realize they are in different places in college. So maybe they will finally break up? They are a terrible couple.
