I tried my hand at making this layered soft set preserves though I didn’t use the back of spoon application to give a more sharp dual look. Anyhoo here’s the recipe and play w fruits /flavors etc. The taste is exceptional with peaches y dark cherries (I added a smidge of kirsch to cherries)
