What's On Tonight (Tuesday): "Stargirl" Is The Top Pick... Again

Via Tumblr

Seriously...it was either that or more PBS. (Noooo....anything but more PBS as Top Pick Matthew!!!) This is What's On for July 7th 2020 (Spoiler Alert---Its not very much!!!!).

8:00

NCIS (CBS): Rerun from November that has them investigating the murder of a petty officer that was somehow livestreamed on a popular gaming app. (D'oh!) So you know lots of witnesses to comb thru. (Damn you popular gaming app!!!!)

America's Got Talent (NBC): This might actually be a rerun! (unless the scheduling is wrong?)

Modern Family (ABC): We got back to back reruns of the last handful of episodes of this veteran sitcom scheduled for this hour. In one Clare must conduct an important job interview while stuck in the staircase. (That could happen!) and in the other one, Mitchell and Cameron have a housewarming for their new house that they bought because they decided to adopt another baby and need more space.

Hell's Kitchen (FOX):

Stargirl (The CW): Top Pick once again goes to this superhero show---"After Courtney gets herself into trouble following an unexpected confrontation; Pat decides they need to come clean to Barbra; Cindy takes heat from her father after a plan to take matters into her own hands goes awry." (Shiv Part 2 is the episode's title meaning BOTH parts of Shiv have now been Top Pick!)

Secrets of the Dead (PBS): "Viking Warrior Queen"--Swedish archeologists prove thru a DNA study that remains found in the burial chamber of a Viking warrior in 1878 are of a woman and not a man. (Whoa...No Way!!!!)

America's National Parks (Nat Geo):

Deadliest Catch (Discovery): "Bomb Cyclone"

Nature of Love (Hallmark): City girl Katie is supposed to write a magazine article about glamping.  Will she fall in love somehow??? Starring Emilie Ullerup (Uller' Up), and Chris Roswell.

9:00

FBI (CBS): Rerun of that time a board-member of a pharmaceutical company is found dead and the team must discover who stands to benefit the most from their death. (Do they also arrange all their suspects in a room and take turns accusing them one by one as well????)

Black-ish (ABC) "Boss Daddy"  Rerun from January has Dre torn between trying to look out for Junior at the ad agency where he's interning--or letting him learn his own lessons by letting him make his own mistakes and learn from them. Meanwhile Jack is mean to a friend of his in order to make himself look cooler to the basketball team. (Nooo Don't Do That Jack!!!)

24 Hours To Hell and Back (FOX): Rerun

Tom Papa Freaked Out (The CW): The comedian does stand up! (Very descriptive Matthew!)

American Experience (PBS): Part Two of the exciting "The Vote" where we discover exactly how women waged a massive campaign out on the streets to get the right to vote!

Greenleaf (OWN): "The Third Day" Grace is torn between pursuing Bob Whitmore's past and her family; Lady Mae and Bishop face challenges to their dream of starting a new church; Jacob makes a startling discovery about their mansion's history. (nods)

Chopped (Food): Unusual cupcakes and a jar of candy in 2 baskets early on, while a pair of pig lips in a jar are in the dessert basket. (I feel like that should be reversed no?)

Ghost Adventures (Travel):

Dirty Jobs-Rowe'd Trip (Discovery): Mike Rowe talks about infrastructure with various people across the country. (shrugs) Its listed as being new!

Gomer Pyle (MeTV): Gomer helps Carter's sister try to prove to Carter that she's got a suitor worthy of her. (Shazam????)

9:30

Mixed-ish (ABC): Rerun of that time Bow joined the track team (Hey I did that in high school!) and was surprised at how the other girls there assumed she would be a fast runner because of the color of her skin. (This really is a reverse of my story as everyone assumed I'd be slow, and they were all right but I also showed up every day and was dependable so I got to stick around. Huh i guess i did a lesson there after all.)

Green Acres (MeTV): Arnold needs to prove that he's the rightful heir to an eccentric tycoon's estate. (I guess this is Part 2 of yesterday's episode!)

10:00

FBI's Most Wanted (CBS): Father and son Bank Robbers escape from a prison transport vehicle and pick back up where they left off robbing banks because why not??? (Rerun from May btw!)

World of Dance (NBC): Qualifiers (Also may be a rerun???)

What Would You Do? (ABC): Season 15 of this show premieres tonight (Whoa)

Dirty John (USA): Having lost her sense of identity, Betty can only see her own pain and tries to turn it outward.  (That's an episode synopsis????)

Tirdy Works (Tru TV): Season Finale of this thing that has Mary heading out of town on tour but first trying to pin down a final meeting to discuss specifics about the daily running and economic viability of her company while she's out performing comedy. (I thought this was a show about her starting up her own business, how did this morph into her trying to obtain a stand up comedy career???)

Supermarket Stakeout (Food):

Celebrity Show-Off (TBS):

HAVE A GREAT TUESDAY....HOPEFULLY SOMETHING GOOD WILL COME OUT OF IT???
