🌺 Creole style bush beans

Hey y’all ...

This was a side dish I made to accompany my mama’s pressure cooked chicken, potatoes y rice dish. I didn’t use this recipe bcz I make it freestyle every time . Since I have blue lake y dragon tongue beans in the garden I used that plus butter beans (deep freezer).

I usually separate the fat cap from the salted pork , fry it up , and save to use in another dish at a later time (typically navy or pinto beans) . Remove some of the rendered fat and add veggies etc ..
