Totally Tunes: The Plus Ones

Thinking of the previous Totally Tunes about B-Sides, I remembered there's another great category (or categories) of left-behind songs: hidden tracks and bonus tunes. The hidden tracks usually show up in most versions of the albums, but after dead space and are not included in the track listing, while bonus tracks are generally reserved to regional editions and special versions. Sometimes the hidden/bonus tracks end up becoming bigger or more beloved that the rest of the songs on their albums.

For example, did you know this very famous, very popular Eels song was a hidden track? Hilariously, it was even chosen as the lead single for the album, when not appearing in the track listing itself:

Even though I have very strong opinions about the main album, this song, released on the Japanese and deluxe versions of Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, is top-friggin'-notch:

This bonus track that usually shows up in several versions of The Hives' Lex Hives is actually a cover of a band that happens to feature a member of The Hives themselves:

One of my favorite Pulp songs ever is a bonus disc track on a deluxe edition album:

This really, really, ridiculously famous theme song for a very very famous TV show was added to its album at the very last moment, becoming a hidden track:

Last, but not least, this fantastic Fratellis tune doesn't show up on the album's original track list, only appearing in the deluxe edition of it, much to my rage:

What's your favorite hidden or bonus track? Are you fond of the idea, or you'd rather not have hidden tracks and/or bonus tracks in music releases?
