I have no idea what tomorrow will bring. I just know that it won't look like it did before. I'm making carnitas for dinner tonight which I suppose is a nod to the past and to continuity. I'm making them with an Instant Pot for the first time which is a definite break with tradition. It doesn't even require much lard. Man they better be good or the future will suck. FREE SPACE!
