Texas backed down so for the moment the US Supreme Court will not decide whether abortion access is essential. We know Kavanaugh's idea of what should happen with women's bodies is clouded by beer goggles and I don't trust any of the other conservative Justices to treat women like people so this is good news, albeit temporary as other states are using the pandemic as an excuse to stomp on women's rights.
