What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Miracle Workers Dark Ages Rocks Out At A Music Festival!

Ha Get it--Rocks Out--Cause Rocks??? Bahh---Hello everybody!!!! Due to Super Tuesday, there is not a heck of a lot on tonight--CBS, ABC, and NBC have all pre-empted ALL THREE hours of its prime time line-up to bring you non stop, balls to the wall, thrilled to kill coverage of....the 14 states primary results--live and in real time!

You get the unbeatable thrill of watching a bunch of overpaid people sitting around a studio pontificating on what it could possibly mean for so and so to win Alabama. I don't even know if Alabama is one of the states whose primaries is happening--I guess tv will let me know??? Welcome To What's On for March 3rd 2020.

8:00

The Resident (FOX): Unless it gets pre-empted at the last minute, Fox is going right on ahead like its a regular, ordinary Tuesday with a new episode of this hospital drama. "When Nadine's father comes to town for her birthday, Devon enlists help to ensure that he makes the best first impression on his girlfriend's dad; Red Rock decides to cut the entire OBGYN department (What??? They're a hospital tho! People go there to give birth like on the regular!!!!); Nic cares for a teenage patient whose condition is rapidly deteriorating.  (Ohhh You Wacky Resident You!!!!) (What do you mean its not a comedy???)

The Flash (The CW): Rerun of the episode that was set on Valentine's Day where Barry and Iris's date is ruined by Amulet robbing the restaurant that they're at. (It happens)

Rise Up--Songs of the Women's Movement (PBS): The role that music from the 1900s thru the 1980s has played in the women's movement. ("Sister Suffragette" from Mary Poppins has gotta be included right???)

The Art of Us (Hallmark): Your Hallmark Channel Movie of the Night is this one--"When an art professor decides to transform her dog walker into a credible artist to secure a tenure, sparks may fly."  Starring Taylor Cole, and Steve Lund. (Hallmark's going to the dogs tonight--Woof, woof)

9:00

Empire (FOX): Returning from winter break with the beginning of their last ever batch of episodes---(10 left baby) "The Lyons' world is flipped turned upside down as they face a loss, which forces one Lyon to deal with an unresolved trauma from the past; Andre makes an important decision regarding his family, health, and career; Devon confronts Tiana." (That last plotline seems really unimportant considering that they're minor characters at best!)

Legends of Tomorrow (The CW): Entertaining rerun of the episode that had that Documentary Film Crew following the Legends around and seeing them try to catch Rasputin who just won't die!

Schitt's Creek (POP): Johnny becomes overly involved in Alexis' romantic life; Moira offends the townspeople in an interview with People magazine. (Hey no such thing as bad publicity right????)

The Curse of Oak Island (History): The team may be closer than ever to shutting down the flood tunnels; a compelling new theory suggests the trio that discovered the Money Pit in 1795 did not come by it accidentally. (Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa????????????????????????)

Chopped (Food): Mock meat and an odd green power are ingredients in round 1, while an Italian-Japanese mash-up awaits the contestants in the entree round. (Mock meat???)

Moonshiners (Discovery): Mark and Digger visit an old time shriner in Georgia and reclaim a valuable piece of Popcorn Sutton history; Tim and Tickle devise a plan to make discoveries; and a rival's liquor is being sold on someone else's terrain. (You know its a slow night when I'm listing plotlines for Moonshiners!)

Gomer Pyle (MeTV): Gomer becomes friendly with a nightclub comic whose in danger of being fired. (Shazaam???)

9:30

American Masters (PBS): This 2009 rerun profiles Little Women author Louisa May Alcottt in-depth.

Green Acres (MeTV): Lisa brings Leonard Bernstein to Hooterville in order to bring culture to the town. (He Guest Stars As Himself!!!!!)

10:00

Project Blue Book (History): In what could've been Top Pick tonight if i hadn't promised Miracle Workers a shot at the top--"Hynek and Quinn head to a Utah ranch to investigate a young family's claims of unexplainable and dangerous phenomena. ("Curse of the Skinwalker" is the title of the episode!)

Hot Ones (Tru TV) In what could've also been a Top Pick contender for tonight---"2 comic book guys take on a pair of twerking best friends, the mighty constrictor sauce nearly brings the comic book guys down, but they must find the strength to keep on keepin' on"

10:30

Miracle Workers-Dark Ages (TBS): Finally Top Pick tonight concerns this show which had yet to receive the honor---and with only a handful of episodes left to air this season, I figured its now or never for it. "Al and Maggie go to a music festival; Prince Chauncley deals with a temperamental rock star"  (A Rock Star??? In the Middle Ages???? The Flintstones already did this right???) I do like the cast of this show for what its worth.

I THINK THAT MAY BE IT--LIKE I SAID ITS A SLOOOOWWWW NIGHT TV WISE, BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO??? I GUESS THAT'S WHAT STREAMING IS FOR?!?!?!?
