8:00

Christmas In Rome (Hallmark): Your Hallmark Channel Movie of the evening is this one in which Lacey Chabert herself plays "Angela--a tour guide in Rome who agrees to teach a culture shocked businessman about the heart of Rome" (Sam Page plays the businessman--but i like to think that Chabert could have chemistry with the side of a tour bus quite honestly...now that would be some movie---Lacey Chabert falls in love with the side of a giant tour bus)

8:30

How To Train Your Dragon Homecoming (NBC): New Holiday Special Premiere features the characters from the How To Your Train Your Dragon franchise in a half hour special about "A grand holiday pageant at the Snoggletog Festival" Somehow Hiccup is involved in this obviously.

9:00

The Purge (USA): Purge Night looms while Ryan and Esme put a plan into motion; Marcus readies for a showdown; and Ben spirals. (Spirals into darkness??? or just literally running around in circles--cause i'd watch a show that had a character just running around in circles for an hour)

Curse of Oak Island (History): Forgotten clues provide new leads as the fellowship of the dig zeroes in on The Money Pit. (I keep telling you, you don't have to dig for The Money Pit, I have the dvd of it sitting in my bookshelf--I can just loan it to you guys and save you a lot of time and effort!)

Garth Brooks: The Road I'm On (A & E): Part 2 of this deep dive into the biography of  Garth Brooks

10:00

NCIS New Orleans (CBS): Completing the trifecta of CBS reruns tonight is this rerun from last October which has Pride investigating an unsolved casino heist from 40 years ago that his dad was the chief suspect in. (That'll happen) And also he meets his half brother for the first time, who will go on to become a regular recurring character on the show. (So much so that i forget that they only apparently met last year--it felt like at least two or three seasons but i guess not!)

Makin' It (NBC): Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman once again do crafts related projects---this time transforming a blank wall into an art installation; and creating an eye catching mailbox. (An Eye-Catching Mailbox?!?!?!?)

Treadstone (USA): Doug tries to save a target; Edwards and Haynes are hunted; and Soyun goes undercover in "The McKenna Erasure"  (I've yet to see this show, but the best thing i can tell you about it sight unseen is the various episode titles hands down)

Kings of Pain (History): Adam and Caveman Rob search for the Nile Monitor Lizard and the Velvet Ant but are attacked by an even deadlier animal and are lucky to escape with their lives. (That deadlier animal??? You guessed it----Frank Stallone!)

Famously Afraid (Travel): Chris Kattan discovers a portal to another realm in his basement; (I LOVE THIS SENTENCE); Willie Aames confronts a beast lurking outside his home; and Brandi Granville has a guardian angel whom she believes protects her from external malicious forces. (This really is the one show i genuinely look forward to summarizing here every week!) (CHRIS KATTAN?!?!!? WILLIE AAMES?!?!?!? I truly love the randomness)

Running Wild With Bear Grylls (Nat Geo): Armie Hammer In Sardinia---Armie Hammer joins Bear as he scuba dives in search of a sea cave used by smugglers.  (Cue Glenn Frey's Smugglers' Blues!)

Marry Me At Christmas (Hallmark): A wedding planner falls for the bride's brother--Starring Rachel Skarsten whom just yesterday i was wondering whatever happened to her thanks to Michael Weyer's overlooked show of the night--Birds of Prey

10:30

The Misery Index (TBS): Lastly we got this Impractical Jokers game show with "If My Grandmother Were Hot, I'd Go For Her Too" (Ha?) Murr doesn't want to pucker up; Sal would rather have fire ants on his face than have this latest misery; a bidet victim; and someone who showed nudes to their bosses. (D'oh!)

IN ADDITION TO ALL THE PROGRAMMING THERE'S ALSO NBA BASKETBALL ON TNT, AS WELL AS HOCKEY ON ESPN (THERE I MENTIONED THE SPORTS AT LEAST!)

HAVE A LUCKY TUESDAY GANG!!!!
