Trump "won" in the margins. That's why Republicans are trying to purge voters in Democratic Milwaukee and Atlanta. They are convinced that a couple hundred thousand votes will be enough to win the Electoral College again. Trump may have lost just enough Evangelicals to lose everything. [Reuters]
