What's On Tonight (Sunday): The end of The Affair

The Affair (via Giphy)
Hidee hi and boopa doo! Welcome to the 802nd What's On Tonight since the Kinjapocalypse. Tonight is the end of The Affair, not The End of the Affair. After four seasons, the Showtime drama, once lavished with rave reviews for a spectacular first season, is wrapping up. The old narrative of an affair seen from the POV of the two involved is far removed from the show today (plus the behind-the-scenes drama). Our old stomping grounds hasn't been too fond of the final season but loved last week's episode and still praises Maura Tierney. Continuing in the spirit of series finales, The Durrells in Corfu wraps up on PBS. It is based on a true story, so spoilers are out there. Discovery Channel's excellent docuseries Why We Hate also concludes tonight. There are also specials and stuff. Honestly, Sunday WOTs just seem to keep getting longer. Oh, and Fox's animation slate is back while CBS is on a sportsball delay. So [*dun dun*] here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, November 3!
