I had a few golden kiwis left over from a Costco purchase , so I decided to make em into jam. I opted to do a quick set rather than hot water bath it since it was likely to only to make just (1) 8oz jar.
This was my first time making this type of jam so it was interesting to watch the process.
The directions are 2 parts fruit pulp to 1 part sugar with (2) teaspoons of lemon juice. I had (2) cups of pulp so I used 3/4 cup of sugar (kiwis were very sweet) and I used a lot of lemon juice bcz I like the citrus pop.
Had the jam this morning and it is DELICIOUSSSSSSS!!
