American Ninja Warrior (NBC, 8 p.m.): The season's top competitors attempt to conquer all four stages of the world's toughest obstacle course.
Bachelor in Paradise (ABC, 8 p.m.): Caitlin and Kristina have a stressful cocktail party. Katie changes her mind about Chris. Caelynn wants a rose from Dean.
Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie π₯ (FX, 8 p.m.): In this family animated flick based on the book series, imaginative pranksters George and Harold hypnotize their principal into thinking he's a ridiculously enthusiastic, incredibly dimwitted superhero named Captain Underpants.
