This was where we as a nation, as well as much of the rest of the world, were this day 25 years ago. My building lies along flight paths leading to and from Mitchell International Airport. I had gotten to the point I no longer noticed the planes so their absence was Twilight Zone. No word from anyone in New York City. I didn't know anyone in DC yet. Now a nephew does computer work for Defense and might have been at the Pentagon.
