A man was murdered by ICE in Houston because ICE suspected he had meth in his work van. Prosecutors tested and there was no meth. The man was a Mexican citizen but lived here with no incident for 35 years. The substance was most likely table salt for a homemade electrolyte to fight against the heat wave.
