We bought some lavender salt from a local vendor, and the Mason Valley Beekeepers let me try some raw honeycomb. That was delicious.
You can find a few different bundles to buy, but it's always best to have a local honey.
Especially if you have allergies, it exposes your immune system to trace amounts of regional pollen.
Plus, commercial honey has generally lost natural antioxidants and beneficial enzymes through processing.
