We just happened to go through the reservation on our way out of town Saturday, and YES!!!!!
I am now following the tribe page for these updates, but usually you just have to be lucky and be there when they set up. A holiday weekend is a good bet though, as people head out to the lake.
There's a place in Spokane called Indigenous Eats, and I loved the idea of being able to get an Indian taco whenever I want, but....this was better.
