Apologies for those who wanted to read about golf but I'm being selfish today and I barely consider golf a sport. Anything that Trump can cheat at can't be a sport. So no, today is all about Wisconsin losing. I generally hold myself back from gloating when Wisconsin wins so I'm allowing myself to lick my wounds this morning.
As usual the University of Wisconsin Badgers fielded a great hockey team. But Denver was the team skating away with the championship. It might have something to do with holding the final in Las Vegas. What the hell kind of hockey town is that? I grew up walking one block over and down the bank to the channel to play hockey with all of the neighbor kids. When are we going to get an NHL team? [Badgers Wire]

The Badgers are losing Athletic Director Chris Macintosh to a position with the Big Ten. That would seem to be a step up after a mixed tenure in Madison. [Bucky's Fifth Quarter]

The one person that they didn't tell that Doc Rivers was fired as the Milwaukee Bucks Head Coach was Giannis Antetokounmpo. That seems to be a severe strategic mistake. [Yahoo]
