What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Wes Craven's New Nuclear Nightmare

Tonight's Top Pick is Fukushima: A Nuclear Nightmare, premiering at 9 p.m. on HBO. While the late Wes Craven was not involved -- it's a documentary -- it certainly sounds as harrowing as one of his projects.
