What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Stacking the Decker

Tonight's Top Pick is the series premiere of RJ Decker, airing at 10 p.m. on ABC. Back when I watched Felicity for Thoughts On, I was firmly Team Noel. But damn, Scott Speedman looks good.
