| The Forsytes |
Are you 'avin a laff? Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, March 22!
Our Top Pick tonight is the premiere of The Forsytes (PBS, 9 p.m.). This is the latest adaptation of the John Galsworthy's novels. The 2002 one (which is excellent) helped make Damien Lewis a name. This one, from Channel 5, hasn't been as well received, but it's already been renewed for another season. Brits do love their period dramas. No, not that kind.
Elsewhere, The Comeback comes back, SNL gets an accent, Call the Midwife won't die, Fox finds the Biblically Faithful, Prime has Mercy, elemental my dear 60 Minutes, and CNN enters a Standoff.
(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Gracenote.)

Finally in "The Dog Aging Project," Anderson Cooper investigates canine treatments for diseases like Alzheimer's and dementia and what they reveal about human prospects.
