Tonight's Top Pick is Best Medicine, because after so many weeks posting summaries of this show, I'm amazed that the supporting characters don't outright kill Josh Charles' character. Seriously, go back and read everything I'm posted. Each time, he ends up alienating somebody. People at least liked Rob Morrow on Northern Exposure.
