What's On Tonight (Saturday): Crooked line and sinker

Crooked on MS NOW

Pod save linear news! Here's what's on television for tonight, Saturday, February 28!

Our Top Pick tonight is the series premiere of Crooked on MS NOW (MS NOW, 9 p.m.). This new one-hour weekly is a compilation of the podcasts done by the progressive political media company Crooked Media, whose flagship show is Pod Save America. Podcasts have been pivoting to video for years, and certainly within the last year, the big streamers are embracing it. I know CNN and MS NOW have occasionally aired some of their long-form podcasts on the linear network, but I don't know if any of them did it with regularity. Not-MSNBC is also leaning into its slant now that it's no longer bound to NBC News.

Elsewhere, Connor Storrie is Live from New York, Julia Ioffe has News, Lifetime falls(?) out of a plane, go behind the scenes of Kingdom, One Piece might go to war with Iran Big Mom, and Nat Geo Wild hires the Vet Detective.

(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Gracenote.)
