What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Are the stars out tonight?

Courtesy TalkBass.

Tonight's Top Pick is the new Star Search, debuting at 9 p.m. on Netflix. Anthony Anderson hosts, with celebrity judges Jelly Roll, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Chrissy Teigen. Maybe if there's a second season, the panel's people who appeared on the original show, like Beyonce, Rosie O'Donnell, and Sharon Stone.

While I wonder if Netflix has any interest in a That's Incredible! reboot, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Tuesday, Jan. 20. All times are Eastern.

STREAMING
Hoops, Hopes & Dreams, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. Special presentation. "The untold story of how Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and an all-star team of civil rights activists took to the basketball court to attract the attention of young voters and energize the civil-rights movement, and how President Obama used that same strategy to fuel his historic campaign."

Handsome Devil, Charming Killer, 3:01 a.m., Paramount+. Series premiere. "The story of how Wade Wilson, a 25-year-old Florida man arrested for the brutal murders of two women, unexpectedly became a social media fixation. Wilson's mugshot ignited an online frenzy among people drawn to his 'bad boy' bravado, surprising tattoos and seductive smile. Dubbed as the 'Deadpool Killer,' he became an object of fascination for online fans, even as the details of his crimes grew more disturbing. Through police bodycam footage and chilling first-hand accounts from those closest to the case, the series explores how a man who committed unimaginable violence ended up with a devoted online following." Three episodes available.

Tell Me Lies, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. "Fix Me Up, Girl." "A surprising setback sends Diana back into Stephen's orbit. Lucy seeks advice from an unlikely person."

Shakespeare & Hathaway: Private Investigators, 3:01 a.m., Britbox. "The Evil That Men Do." "A famous horror director faces terror from his own movie monsters. His daughter struggles to determine if he's having a mental breakdown or being targeted by someone." Season finale next week.

Wolf, 3:01 a.m., AMC+ and Shudder. "Night Terror." "As he probes further, Jack is convinced the Donkey Pitch killer is still at large. Meanwhile, in the house of horrors, Honey grows increasingly paranoid about them being watched."
