What's On Tonight (Sunday): Give me a G!

Grammy Awards

Abracadabra! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, February 1!

Our Top Pick tonight is 68th Grammy Awards (CBS & Paramount+, 8 p.m.). After 54 years, this is the last Grammys on CBS. Back then, CBS picked up the show from ABC, which lead to the creation of the American Music Awards for ABC. Next year those will be reversed. This is probably the last time for Trevor Noah hosting music's biggest night, too. The big nominees this year include Kendrick Lamar, Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Tyler the Creator, Sabrina Carpenter, Doechii, SZA, Turnstile, and Clipse. The Premiere Ceremony begins at 2:30 and can be streamed on YouTube

Elsewhere, the Night Manager is off duty, ice skaters go for Glitter & Gold, NBC introduced Sunday Night Basketball, Primal is under attack, Kaley Cuoco knows the Vanished, and Reelz enters the Firestorm.

(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Gracenote.)

🕗 PRIMETIME 🕚

⭐🏆 68th Grammy Awards (CBS & Paramount+, 8 p.m.): SPECIAL. Trevor Noah returns for the last Grammys on CBS. Winners amongst the Big Four categories are likely to be Bad Bunny, Lady Gaga, Olivia Dean, and that song from Kpop Demon Hunters but don't count out Kendrick. Reminder: the Grammys run 3 1/2 hours, so it won't end until 11:30. Next year, I hope ABC gets the Recording Academy to stop the excessive runtime. The live thread starts at 7!

LA Firestorm (Reelz, 8 p.m.): LIMITED SERIES. In January 2025, firestorms tear through Los Angeles like a blowtorch. This three-part documentary series combines "gripping personal stories and never-before-seen footage to take you inside the most destructive fire disaster of all time." It airs in its entirety tonight.✔️

🎥 Our Dead Husband (Lifetime, 8 p.m.): A woman discovers her husband had another wife after he's found shot dead in their home. When police start to suspect her of the crime, she tries to find the real killer before she becomes the next victim.

Vanished (MGM+, 9 p.m.): SERIES PREMIERE. Alice Monroe's (Kaley Cuoco) romantic French vacation becomes a dangerous mystery when boyfriend Tom Parker (Sam Claflin) vanishes from a train to Arles, forcing her to uncover hidden truths about his past.✔️

When Calls the Heart (Hallmark Channel, 8 p.m. / Hallmark+, Monday): New evidence comes to light that shifts the fire investigation. Therefore, Elizabeth takes over the fire station.
