Judge Hannah Dugan was not convicted of a misdemeanor for not allowing ICE agents to arrest someone in her courthouse illegally. Then she was convicted of felony obstruction. Wisconsin Republicans are demanding that she step down immediately or they will impeach her. If she were a Republican judge they would at least wait until she decided whether to appeal.
