| Haha, You Clowns |
The Red Coats are coming! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, November 16!
Our Top Pick tonight is Haha, You Clowns (Adult Swim, 11:45 p.m. / HBO Max, Monday). This is an okay show if you can get past its animation, which isn't unique to the show but can certainly be off-putting. Unlike other Adult Swim shows, this one doesn't have a fantastical angle. It's about a father and his 3 sons (all voiced by creator Joe Cappa) after the death of the their mother dealing with life. In that respect, it's pretty good.
Elsewhere, Ken Burns begins the story of the Revolutionary War, Landman returns, Montana has Mavericks, Jacinda Ardern gets documentary treatment, Pat Garrett has a tarnished reputation, the London Mother House has a Secret, Friends and Lovers find friendship and love (I assume), and John Oliver closes out 2025.
(All times are Eastern. All listings are new unless otherwise stated. For more listings, visit The Futon Critic or Gracenote.)

The uneasy but longstanding truce between him and Maleficent ended as she has targeted a few key outposts, clearly seeing if Dracula is weak. He did bring a majority of his military might to Christmasia, only to be stopped much sooner than expected. Van Helsing on his trail only exacerbates the situation. He does something he might regret but he needs a win -- and he will get it. He releases gremlins. It's been 325 years since gremlins were in Christmasia (they were a root cause of the War of the First Noel) and these are the already agitated kind.
