Tina Peters is sitting in a Colorado prison for violating Colorado law and tampering with voting machines and giving unauthorized access to machines and ballots. She is appealing her conviction. She won't win. Colorado County Clerks (mostly Republican) are unified against her claims of conspiracy. She was the one convicted of conspiracy. So of course the Trump administration wants to transfer Peters from State to Federal custody. There is a federal case waiting for her once she's exhausted all of her state appeals. It's her own fault that she's there. But it's obvious that the feds want to give her some cushy Ghislane Maxwell treatment. That and they are doing everything that they can to get you to stop thinking about Trump blowing Bubba. [Associated Press]

Slam dunk lawsuit. A guy posted things critical of Charlie Kirk was fired from a government contract -- not calling for his death although if that was a qualification then I would like to call out Trump for everyone that he wants dead but he can't talk right now with Bubba's dick in his mouth. Eli Samuel Parker was a leader of the Seneca Nation and he was a General in the Union Army. He was at Appomattox where he wrote the terms of surrender for Grant and Lee to sign. Grant named him the first native to be Commissioner of Indian Affairs, a cabinet position. He was not allowed to take the bar for law because he was not considered American. Don't know what it's like in your neck of the woods but I bet that you don't have to look too close to see homeless people. Here it's blessedly warm tonight but it's also windy and I don't want to be outside. I have a choice. This is the beginning of the worst time to be homeless here. I can't even imagine being homeless in Arizona in the summer. Lack of shelter, lack of shade can be deadly. If you've got something similar to our Street Angels, you probably do, please support them. Better? Work with them. That's not for everyone. Is there someone hanging out with a cardboard sign don't be judging if they have somewhere to go. They're working harder than you. Will they buy a drink instead of a sandwich? I guarantee you that if they do that does as much to keep them alive. We don't have any detox and rehab available if you don't have money. I just looked into the situation in Milwaukee. There is one detox available for people without insurance.. And they are losing beds because their budget is cut. Everywhere else takes private insurance but more likely cash since you don't want your job to know. Cold kills. Heat kills. Addiction kills. [WISN]
