ICE is leaving Chicago for the winter. That could be funny but they will be back in spring. Supposedly with more unqualified agents to wage war on the citizens of Chicago again. No word on whether or not ICE will pull out of DC, LA or Portland where winters are more forgiving. Maybe they got a heads up about ski masks that we don't know about. [Chicago Sun-Times]

While they are still in Chicago, the Feds are demanding that Chicagoans stop praying in front of ICE facilities. Local forces have no clue what to do about such an obvious illegal move. [Block Club Chicago]
