| Nova: Human |
Med CC! Here's what's on television for tonight, Wednesday, October 8!
Our Top Pick tonight is Nova: Human (PBS, 9 p.m.). This phenomenal Nova miniseries, originating from the BBC, traces the origins of not just homo sapiens, but other early hominins such as Neanderthals, Homo erectus, Denisovan, and Homo floresiensis. There was a time when many human species co-existed and interbred with one another. Highly recommended for any paleoanthropology fanatics.
Elsewhere, Tay Tay takes over Late Night, the Med turns 200, the Colosseum has Secrets, Hardacres sets things right, Madelaine Petsch has Maintenance Required, Shift to first Gear for a first date, Joe Bob Briggs pops in for a special Drive-In, Toronto loses an art professor, Horses deal with sabotage, and Czechia is Amazing.
