What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Living up to one's High Potential

Tonight's Top Pick is the second season premiere of High Potential. Remember last year, when it was a Cancellation League favorite? How times change.


While I wonder what will be the hit of this year, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Tuesday, Sept. 16. All times are Eastern.


STREAMING
Only Murders in the Building, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. "Dirty Birds." "Snooping goes sideways when three billionaire suspects catch the trio and invite themselves over for an evening at Oliver's."

50 Ways to Catch a Killer, 3:01 a.m., Fox Nation. Series premiere. "Viewers (get) a deep journey inside investigative units as they unravel real-life murder mysteries and uncover critical breakthroughs all leading to the prime suspect and pursuit of justice." Hosted and executive produced by Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. Two episodes available, followed by two episodes weekly through Tuesday, Sept. 30.

Rebel Royals: An Unlikely Love Story, 3:01 a.m., Netflix. Special presentation. "Follows Märtha Louise and Shaman Durek Verrett as they prepare for their controversial Norwegian wedding."

Playing Nice, 3:01 a.m., Britbox. First season finale. "The two couples get their big day in court to evaluate what's best for Theo and David. A surprise visitor to court threatens to send Miles over the edge."

Sister Boniface Mysteries, 3:01 a.m., Britbox. "Let the Games Begin!" "Sister Boniface investigates when a bucking bronco goes haywire on the set of a hit TV game show."

Good Morning America/GMA3, 7 a.m. and 1 p.m., ABC. Malcolm-Jamal Warner's mom Pamela, plus Marlon Wayans (Him), Judy Reyes (High Potential), Gary Myers (Brady vs. Belichick: The Dynasty Debate), a Dancing with the Stars preview, and Deals & Steals with Tory Johnson. The 1% Club, FOX. Second season finale. Two hours. "Second Chance: I Put On My Redemption Wig" and "Second Chance: You Gotta Risk It For the Biscuit." The Chrisleys: Back to Reality, Lifetime. First season finale. Two hours. "Life After Lockup" and "The Chrisley Comeback." The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Bravo. Sixth season premiere. Seventy-five minutes. "Hot Dogs and Hearsay." "Angie arranges a surprise RV trip for the women, but with Lisa gone for work, Bronwyn brings up some rumors she's heard about Lisa's business. Tensions brew as Britani calls out Whitney.
