Tonight's Top Pick is Part One of Seen & Heard: The History of Black Television, premiering at 9 p.m. on HBO. I like that it appears to be more than just a recounting of the usual stories and people, and I really like that this isn't being limited to just one installment. Needless to say, this was an easy choice to make.
