Tonight's reluctant Top Pick is The Paper, hitting the streets at 3 a.m. Eastern on Peacock. I suppose I could have picked the season season finale of The Newsreader, dropping at that same time on AMC+. I can reveal to you all that I had no intent of giving Top Pick to NCIS: Tony & Ziva, also droping at 3 a.m. Eastern on Paramount+.
