What's On Tonight (Tuesday): Yet another Hollywood story about immigrants

Tonight's Top Pick is the two-episode series premiere of Alien: Earth. Who in 1979 could have guessed that they'd be able to keep the franchise going this long?

While I take some antacid for this rather sudden and intense feeling in my stomach, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Tuesday, Aug. 12. All times are Eastern.
