After years and years of eating Maruchan, it was only a few years ago that I first had real ramen at a local restaurant.
It stayed on my mind, and then I found another place that sold tonkotsu, which is closer to me and more casual.
Then my cousin brought some home from Costco, and that is my lunch today.
It's pretty good.
But here's a real recipe.
