What's On Tonight (Tuesday): A Matter of Surviving

Tonight's Top Pick is Surviving Ohio State, the HBO documentary about Richard Strauss' 20 years as a sexual abuser of nearly 200 student atheletes. It's directed by Eva Orner and produced by George Clooney.

While I can only hope that the victims have experienced catharsis, if not peace, let's see what else TV has to offer us for Tuesday, June 17. All listings are Eastern.

Hell Motel, 3:01 a.m., Shudder/AMC+. Series premiere. "Blood Bath" and "Night Orchid." "Thirty years ago, a newlywed couple were murdered at the Cold River Motel in a satanic ritual. Today, a group of true crime enthusiasts have been invited to the motel reopening, where they discover history might be repeating itself." Later, "Trapped by the raging storm and unable to call for help, the guests retreat to their rooms, uncertain who among them is the killer. Meanwhile, two strangers seeking shelter hide their true identities from the others." Eric McCormack stars. Two episodes available, with six remaining in the season.

I Kissed a Boy, 12:01 a.m., Hulu. Second season premiere. "The boys who like boys are back, and so is pop icon Dannii Minogue, who is playing Cupid once again to 10 single boys who've been matched up to meet for the first time ... with a kiss. That's right - no small talk, no swiping, just a kiss. A kiss that could be the start of something incredible! But the path to love is never straight, and in the swanky new masseria, everyone's a possibility."
