Today we're celebrating corn on the cob!
I'll take it any way it's made, but I definitely prefer grilled.
I've noticed something else getting more popular out here, especially in the valleys where it's easier to set up on a corner and sell - elote.
What a flavor trip my tongue had when I first tried one of these.
