What's On Tonight (Sunday): The company of Wolf

Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light

Don't try this at home! Here's what's on television for tonight, Sunday, March 23!

Our Top Pick tonight is Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light (PBS, 9 p.m.). While I prefer to call this a separate, sequel series to the 2015 masterpiece Wolf Hall, IMDb reclassified Mirror and the Light as a continuation, so I will abide by that. While this historical drama took nearly 10 years between seasons, it picks up where the previous season ended and will span the final four years of Thomas Cromwell's (Mark Rylance) life. There are a few cast changes (Charlie Rowe replaces Tom Holland, Timothy Spall replaces Bernard Hill), but much remains in tact, including king Damian Lewis, Jonathan Pryce, and even Thomas Brodie-Sangster.

ElsewhereMarie Antoinette is still a show, David Blaine gets a travelogue, the Winds bring a new suspect, gold Calls the Heart60 Minutes goes to the northern border, Side Effects get revealed, Grimsburg goes to CrimeCon, Tracker tracks a teenager, and the Garden gets sexy.
