Cuts at the USDA piled on top of cuts to USAID are poised to shut down small and medium sized farms across the nation. This will put family farms in the rear view so what you find in your store is not going to be cage free or vegetarian fed. Your chicken has been eating chicken. What's worse is that food hubs will collapse. Food hubs direct fresh produce, etc. direct from farms to food pantries and schools. There are a lot of people who didn't vote for Trump who will suffer.
